Our beef is aged for 21 days. 
We will contact you when your order is ready and we'll email you an invoice for the remaining balance.
We will then pick up your order and we'll schedule a delivery date.

Our turnaround time from "farm-to-table" is 3-4 weeks.
 
What will you receive?
40% grass-fed & finished ground beef (convenient 1lb packages)
35% roasts: Inside round, eye of round, blade, cross-rib, braising ribs, and beef shanks
25% steaks: Rib steaks, T-bone, sirloin, sirloin tip, striploin, tenderloin, and minute steaks.
 
You'll receive 400lbs of beef -cut and wrapped in vacuum-sealed packaging.
Our steaks are cut 3/4" thick and typically weigh 1-1.5lbs each with roasts averaging around 3-4lbs each
Please note we cannot guarantee the amount of each cut due to the variation in the sizes of our cattle.
