Our Grass-Fed & Finished Striploin Steak - also known as a New York strip - comes from the short loin, prized for its balance of tenderness and robust, beefy flavour. With just the right amount of marbling, it’s perfect for a quick grill, cast-iron sear, or even a slow smoke for added depth.
Our steaks vary slightly in weight (approx. 12-16oz). Vacuum sealed in a package of one.

All our products are priced per lb unless otherwise stated. You may receive a final invoice for the weight difference when packing up your order. At times, there may also be a refund due to our products weighing less than a lb or insuficient stock.
